There I go again! I can't stay at one place for too long. I'm now leaving for Taiwan, small little island of China, and precisely in Taipei, Capital of Taiwan. It's been now about 9 years I
haven't been there woow. It will be time to discover this beautiful country with brand new eyes and a bit more of maturity (I hope :p). I'm not sure I'll be able to post while I'll be there,
because I won't have the Internet that often.
Therefore, I send you my best for these few months coming, and see you guys next time!! wouhooou!! :D I'll think of you with the temperature of 20-25°C during winter, eating good chinese food
and having fun for the Chinese New Year!! For information, it is the year of Rat.
Ready for 13 hours of flight!

Little storm jump, let's miss everything from September 2007. For information, I did a final internship in the South of France in Gaillacland, little town where it's good to
live (when you're more than 40 years old), where the wine is delicious (when you don't drink too much...) and where people are nice (when you meet some...).
I decided to jump til the visit of Chris in Toulouse for a week end. First night passed at Aymeric's place, eating a cheese 'fondue'.
Saturday 10th of November, sightseeing in Toulouse. It was a special day there, because Toulouse is one of the candidates for the Capital of European Culture
in 2012. Therefore there were many concerts and artists in the street. We even got a pink bracelet and a badge 'for Toulouse 2012!' :) Everything was pink, remembering the appellation of
Toulouse being the pink city, not because there are many gays there, but because almost all houses are built with pink bricks made from clay from the region.

in Toulouse
After some walk around the streets, taking a sunbath by a windy and shiny day, we decided to have a break under the sweetness of maple trees. Indeed! There is a nice
Japanese garden in Toulouse, very colourful, with some turtles and big fishes.

The night coming, we watched a bit the balloons show on the Capitole place, most famous place of Toulouse, with the big despair of our boy friends. :p
Sunday the 11th, normally free day in France, celebrating the armistice of the WW I, we went to a small typical medieval french village called Cordes-sur-Ciel, litteraly
Ropes-on-the-Sky. And there... it was as empty of people as a western ghost town, was only missing the bales of hay rolling because of the wind. The village being in height, the view
offered of the region worthed a look.

Then visit of the town: 2 hours were enough to see everything (especially on
Sunday...), but the place were charming and some artists had their gallery opened.
Afterwards, we ate crêpes in a restaurant-gallery of art. The waiter was as medieval as the village, with a grey-brown big beard and a pony tail.
Some more pics from Cordes
Nicer than Gaillac, but even more lost in the middle of Nowhere.

La Sagrada Familia from Gaudi in Barcelona
The Opera House in Valencia
Sorry for this looong time without writing anything, I was really busy these past months plus I didn't have internet for a month which didn't help :)
I'm just gonna give the link of some pictures taken from my trip to Barcelona and Valencia, which was a unforgettable trip where I met good spanish friends met in DK. That was the time to visit two beautiful cities of Catalunya, and to remember lots of nice souvenirs from this amazing year in Copenhagen. So thank you Guillem, Fernando, Albert, Nuria and Joan...!! I love you!
The good thing to have nice friends knowing the cities is that finally we were pretty efficient visiting things! and the sun was there also! (except the 2 last days..). Anyway, I'll remember the sun, the beaches, the downtowns, the tapas, the paellas, the horchata, the feria, and especially their warm reception...
Here we go for the pics:
